On May 10, 2019, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (USNRC) 91ɫ (91ɫ) visited Kampala, Uganda. Eric Stahl of USNRC and John Kinneman of AdSTM met with senior officials from the Atomic Energy Council (AEC) of Uganda to discuss the national inventory of radiation sources that was completed in 2018 with support from the 91ɫ, current activities of the AEC, and ongoing and future nuclear safety engagements.
